TENAVOLTS’ First Award Winner at CES 2019
Being one of the largest alkaline battery manufacturers, NANFU had also participated in CES with three new products. The three new products showcased were alkaline batteries, portable wireless chargers, and TENAVOLTS rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. During CES that year, TENAVOLTS rechargeable lithium-ion batteries received the CES Innovation Award honoree for Tech for a Better World.
To demonstrate the features of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, NANFU had organized an RC car race during CES to show the difference between Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. One of the features of TENAVOLTS rechargeable lithium-ion batteries is the ability to maintain a constant voltage at 1.5V. The RC car with Ni-MH batteries would lose its voltage and speed gradually as the batteries get low, while the one with TENAVOLTS' rechargeable lithium-ion batteries remained the same throughout the entire race.

A reporter from The Geek Church – a technology media site in the US, reported on the event at CES: "It’s always refreshing to see something obvious implemented”.
